GRADING POLICY
90 –100 A
80 – 89 B
70—79 C
60 – 69 D
59 and Below F
Students who receive below 60 as a final grade must repeat the course. It is expected that students will strive to maintain an average of “80” or above. Grades will be available at the end of each trimester.

POLICY ON INCLEMENT WEATHER, OFFICE HOURS & CLOSINGS
In case of inclement weather, the school will postpone classes. This class may be made up at a later date to be determined by the Dean. The communication of the postponement will be issued via the Internet. If Internet access is not available, the Administrator will make phone contact.
OFFICE HOURS
Office hours are by appointment, unless otherwise, specified with the teacher. Verify with each teacher the best way of contacting him/her.

POLICY ON WITHDRAWING FROM CLASS
Students wishing to withdraw from class must submit a written withdrawal request to dominionleadershipteam@gmail.com. Before the withdrawal process can be effective, the student must have a clear account (i.e. books and registration fees have been paid). Withdrawal request must be received by the first day of class in order to receive a refund.
Please be advised, students who do not request a formal withdrawal will be required to pay the full tuition.
